PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds was first introduced to us on PC via Steam. In its early access alone that lasted around 9 months, over 10 million people have purchased the game. With a successful early access period, Bluehole Studios and PUBG Corp. finally have launched the full version in December 2017. Shortly after the full release on PC, thanks to Microsoft’s Game Preview program it was launched in XBOX One devices. Though at first there were many major bugs and a lot of performance issues. Developers had a goal to release the full version on both PS4 and XBOX One within 6 months.

After a long period of lots of hotfixes and updates, PUBG was finally launched on both major consoles at the same price as the PC version. Especially in XBOX version of the game, there were few major bugs and performance issues that needed to be fixed. It lasted a bit longer than expected but the patience of the players finally have paid off. The latest versions of PUBG on XBOX One are mostly free of any bugs and performance issues. Giving players an overall smooth gaming experience nowadays.
